Railways RRB recruitment 2019: The South Central Railways (SCR) has invited applications for the post of apprentices at its official website, scr.indianrailways.gov.in. The last date to submit the application is December 8, 11:30 pm. A total of 4,103 posts are to be filled through this recruitment exam.
Candidates will be selected based on the average of marks obtained in class 10 and ITI certificate. In the case of two candidates having the same score, the elder candidate will be given preference.
Age: Candidates should be at least 15 years of age to be eligible to apply for the posts. The upper age is capped at 24. For SC/ST candidates, there is a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit and for OBC and PwD candidates the relaxation is up to three and 10 years, respectively.
Education: The applicant must have passed class 10 or equivalent level of education with at least 50 per cent marks along with an ITI certification from NCVT or SCVT.
