IIT Bombay Ask a Question Initiative: IIT Bombay has launched a unique initiative under the banner of ‘Ask a Question’. As part of this initiative, the premier technology institute of India has launched a website, giving a digital platform to Engineering and Science students to raise their queries and doubts about scientific concepts. Following this, an expert panel consisting of IIT Bombay faculty members will answer the queries and thereby resolve the conceptual doubts and thought process of the students.
Live Interactive Sessions Every Week
As part of the Ask a Question initiative, IIT Bombay will also hold live interactive sessions for students every week on the website. All the queries and questions asked by the students will be answered by an expert from IIT Bombay, which will in-turn lead to better conceptual clarity among the students. As per the official notification, through IIT Bombay’s ‘Ask a Question’ initiative, faculty members would answer questions related to Electrical Engineering domain every Thursday from 4 PM to 5 PM. Similarly, questions related to Physics will be answered by IIT Bombay experts on every Friday from 4 PM to 5 PM. Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, IIT-B have again started off with their Ask A Question initiative. Engineering and Science students can now clear their conceptual through the online portal ‘AskaQuestion’.
Ministry of HRD has tweeted about this initiative by the Institute where students from science and engineering colleges all over India can ask questions from faculty of IIT Bombay. Ask A Question is a unique platform through which students can ask questions either through an online forum or during an interactive live session. The interactive live sessions will be held on every Thursday from 4 pm to 5 pm in the field of Electrical Engineering and every Friday from 4 pm to 5 pm in the field of Physics. The topics included in electrical engineering are Communication Engineering, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and Semiconductors. For Physics the topics are Mechanics, Optics, Electromagnetic, Quantum Physics, Relativity, and Thermal Physics. The session for Electrical Engineering will be conducted on October 31, 2019, and for physics, it will be on November 1, 2019. Till date, Ask A Question, AAQ has completed 410 QnA sessions in Electrical Engineering and 250 sessions in Physics.
